Enchanting hotel overall, is has very good service and excellent location close to tram station. The staff are polite, they keep the place clean. The units were large where also breakfast was served. Particularly nice breakfast, thanks a lot.

Everything was good, good location just next door to Ellingsens Pensjonat/Villa Marie, Oslo, the tram and Vigeland park, which is a' must visit' in Oslo and the garden at 8 am on a Sunday, welcoming staff. Guest room was with a mini-bar, coffee, and a kettle.
